Fire doors for Rhondda buildings
Our fire door installation service covers Rhondda and the wider Mid Glamorgan area. Every job starts with a survey of the openings, so the quote reflects your actual doors rather than a guess.
Buildings in and around Rhondda range from houses with integral garages to care homes and industrial estates. Whatever the building, the standard is the same: certified products, correct gaps, seals and closers, and a frame sealed to the wall.
Buildings and duty holders in Rhondda
Whether you manage houses with integral garages, run care homes or own a single property, the fire doors in it need to close, latch and seal as tested. We plan work in Rhondda so escape routes stay protected while we are on site.

Fire door law for Rhondda properties
Because Rhondda is in Wales, we work to the Building Regulations as they apply in Wales and to the Welsh version of Approved Document B. The responsible person duties under the Fire Safety Order 2005 still apply to workplaces and common parts.
England's fire door checking rules for tall residential buildings do not apply in Wales, so the checking frequency for doors in Rhondda comes from your fire risk assessment.
Around Rhondda
As well as Rhondda, we cover neighbouring towns including Tonypandy, Aberdare and Pontypridd. The survey and quote are free.

Is Rhondda within your coverage area?
It is. We cover Rhondda in Mid Glamorgan and neighbouring towns such as Tonypandy. There is no charge for the survey.
Can you work from an existing inspection report for my Rhondda building?
Yes. Send it over and we can often price straight from it, then confirm on site. We report back against the same door references so you can close actions off.
