Fire Door Installation supplies and installs certified fire doors, frames, seals, closers and ironmongery, and carries out fire door repairs and remedial works across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. What we do
We fit fire doors for managing agents, housing providers, landlords, schools, care providers, businesses and homeowners. That ranges from a single integral garage door to phased programmes of flat entrance and communal doors in occupied blocks.
How we work
Every job starts with a survey of the actual doors. We price door by door, explain where repair is enough and where replacement is needed, and fit certified products to the manufacturer's installation instructions and the guidance in BS 8214:2026. Installations are carried out by installers working to our method and under our management, and your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd throughout.
What you get at the end
A record for every opening: product and certificate references, hardware fitted, gap readings, closer checks and photographs, including the frame fixing and sealing before it is covered. It is the evidence your fire risk assessor, building control body or insurer will want to see.
