Fire door work in Aberdare
Our fire door installation service covers Aberdare and the wider Mid Glamorgan area. Every job starts with a survey of the openings, so the quote reflects your actual doors rather than a guess.
Fire doors in Aberdare protect escape routes in small offices, light industrial buildings and small blocks of flats alike. We adapt the programme to the building and its occupants, never the standard of the installation.

The regulations behind fire doors in Aberdare
Aberdare is in Wales, where new and replacement fire doors are covered by the Building Regulations 2010 as applied in Wales, with the Welsh Approved Document B as guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 also applies, so responsible persons in workplaces and the common parts of blocks must keep fire doors maintained.
One difference from England: regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, with its quarterly and annual fire door checks, does not apply in Wales. Your fire risk assessment sets the checking regime instead, and we work to it.
Aberdare and neighbouring towns
We also cover towns near Aberdare, including Rhondda (6.2 km away), Merthyr Tydfil and Tonypandy. If your building is in CF44 or a neighbouring district, the service and pricing are the same.
